The personal data includes personal data provided during registration, entering competitions, and making purchases, which are the first name and surname, email address, nothing, billing address, delivery address, and telephone number. By registering on the http://maxidina.cz website, the customer consents to the processing and collection of their personal data in the database of www.maxidina.cz.

www.maxidina.cz collects personal data for the purpose of: fulfilling a contract of which the registered subject is a party, protecting the rights and legally protected interests of www.maxidina.cz, offering commerce or services to registered subjects, internal marketing analyses, and statistical research purposes for the internal needs of www.maxidina.cz. www.maxidina.cz will not under any circumstances provide this data to any third party except for the transport company, but only the data necessary for successful delivery. www.maxidina.cz provides this personal data to the transport company Intime, or other carriers, for the purpose of using such personal data necessary for the delivery of shipments from www.maxidina.cz, thus fulfilling the contract as required.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, without it, it is not possible to successfully complete registration for competitions and make purchases. The registered subject can correct their personal data within the my account section, which is accessible after logging in. www.maxidina.cz will cancel the customer's registration at the request of the customer. In order to inform registered subjects about ongoing campaigns, www.maxidina.cz sends information in the form of a newsletter. Sending this information can be canceled at any time by the registered subject by unsubscribing in the body of the newsletter or by emailing info@maxidina.cz.
